DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 26th day of October, 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of .this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolve. It is.
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this t
Court against WILLIAM T. SUGG be and the same is hereby approved, ~
i
ratified and confirmed.

2. The marriage between WILLIAM T. SUGG and LINDA L.
i
SUGG be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
~ tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising there-
from.
3. The property settlement agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
