FINAL JUDGMENT
DISS RIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 26th day of October, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this .suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties, and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between NICHOLAS C.
~ GARRETT and SANDRA S. GARRETT be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. STIPULATION: The Stipulation of the parties by their
attorneys dated August 24, 1979, providing among other things, that NICHOLAS,
C. GARRETT shall pay support in the amount of 525.00 per week until said
~ child shall attain his majority or NICHOLAS C. GARRETT shall be relieved
of said support by Court's Order, shall be and the same is hereby
incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply
with the provisions thereof i~? the sa!^.e r!~anner as thou;h Set out word for

3. SUPPORT: That the monies for support in the amount of 525.00

per week payable by NICHOLAS C. GARRETT to SANDRA S. GARRETT, shall be
made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to SANDRA S.
GARRETT. In addition there is hereby assessed the_ sum of 52.00 as statutory
