This cause came on for trial the 26th day of October
19 79, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation •i

of husband and wife now exists .between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
f
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them-and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of Dennis E., Age 4 and David E.
Age 2,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to petitioner
~ Juanita J. Isom -Lr~sL with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to Respondent, Richard E. Isom
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 2nd day of November
19 79, Richard E. Isom shall pay to Juanita.
