according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5,
page 24, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally appeared
RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., who upon being duly sworn did depose and
say:
1. That he is an attorney licensed and authorized to practice
law in the State of Florida.
2. That during such practice of law he has become familiar
with and knew of one Harry Anderson and Dorothy M. Anderson, his
wife, in a representative capacity; Harry Anderson married to
Dorothy M. Anderson was also sometimes known as Harry C. Anderson,
Jr.
3. That Harry Anderson and Dorothy M. Anderson, his wife,
conveyed subject property to Dorothy G. Mepham on August 15, 1975;
that the Harry Anderson reflected as grantor in that certain
Warranty Deed was one and the same as Harry C. Anderson, Jr. that
appears in the prior change of title to subject property.
