I, EVA R. SHILLING, of the County of St. Lucie, State of
PLORIDA, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and uaderatandin6
do ¦ake, publish and declare this as and for ®y Last Hili and Testa-
ment, hereby revoking and annuling any and all other wills or codi-
cils made by me at any time heretofore.
ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, and costs of administration of my estate, be paid out of
the principal of my estate.
ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my property, real, personal and mixed, of whatso-
ever kind and character and wheresoever situate, of-which I may die
seized or possessed, or in which I may have any interest at the
time of my death, to my husband, MORRISSEY H. SHILLING, as and for
his own separate estate. .
ITEM III: In the event my said husband, MORRISSEY W.
SHILLING, predeceases me, then I give, devise and bequeath all the

rest, residue and remainder of my property, real, personal and
' mixed as aforesaid, unto my two sons: ROBERT EARL SHILLING and

JOHN RICHARD SWILLING, share and share alike, per stirpes and not

per capita.
~ ITEM IV: I hereby name, nominate, constitute and appoint -

~ my said husband, MORRISSEY W. SWILLING, Executor of this my Last

Will and Testament, and request that he be not required to give
bond; and in the event my said husband shall predecease me, then
I nacne,.constitute and appoint my son, ROBERT EARL SHILLING, to be

the Executor of this, my last will and testament, without bond.
