vived by her son, JOHN RICHARD SWILLING, Incompetent, who was her
only surviving lineal descendent and who resided with the decedent
on her homestead until the death of the decedent and that the above-
. described property constituted the homestead of the decedent within
the meaning of Section 4 of Article X of the Florida Constitution,
