PETITION FOR DISCHARGE Petitioner, as personal representative of the above estate alleges: 1. Decedent, Harold Soro, a resident of St. Lucie ' County, Florida, died on December 20, 1978, and letters of administration were issued to petitioner on March 23, 1979. 2. Petitioner files with this petition a final ac- counting containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since the date of the last accounting filed in it, if any . 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration. ~ 4.
