Comes now the Petitioner, GERALD E. FOREMAN, and
petitions the Court for. Summary Administration and as grounds
therefor would state:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
_as brother and sole surviving heir of the deceased, EVERETT
FOREMAN. The name and address of Petitioner is set forth
in paragraph 3 and the name and address of his attorneys are
set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, Everett Foreman, whose last known ad-
dress was Kankakee State Hospital, Kankakee., Illinois, whose
age was 53 years and whose social security number is: 333-

18-4956, died on October 8, 1967, at Kankankee, Illinois,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in Kankakee
County, Illinois.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
~ of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are: {
