S. The assets in this estate and its estimated value

An one-half undivided interest in Lot 10,
Block 5, SURFSIDE, UNIT ONE, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 10, page 17,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
6. The value of the entire estate subject to ad-
ministration in this estate, less the value of property exempt
from the claims of creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. The decedent has been dead for more than three
(3 ) years .
8. The estate is not indebted.
9. There is no paid funeral bill filed in this pro-
ceeding since the decedent was the ward of the Kankakee State
Hospital in Kankakee, Illinois, and said hospital paid in
full for his funeral expenses.
10. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent,
including exempt. property, be distributed or disposed of as !
follows:

the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in
Paragraph 10 of this Petition. ~
