III.
I am making no provision in this my Will, for my
beloved daughter, SISTER aABRIEL ROBERT, as she is a member
of a religious order and resides in a convent, so she has
no need of financial support. If, by any chance, she should
ever be in need of such support, I know that her brother and
sister will provide such support.
IV.
I make, constitute and appoint my husband, ROBERT T.
WILLIAMS, the Executor of this my Will. If my said husband
shall not survive me or for any other reason shall fail or
cease to act as such Executor, I make, constitute and appoint
my son, ROBERT T. WILLIAMS, JR., the Executor of this, my Will,
or if he shall not survive me or for any other reason shall
fail or cease to act as such Executor, I make, constitute and

appoint my daughter, LILLIAN THERESA PROUTY, the Executrix of
this, my Will. I direct that no bond or other security be
required of my Executor or Executrix in any jurisdiction.

I authorize and empower my Executor or Executrix in
his or her uncontrolled discretion, to sell any and all of my
~ real or personal property, or any real or personal property

at any time held by him or her, for such amounts, upon such
terms, for such purposes and in such manner as to him or her
may seem advisable; to retaln as part of my estate all stocks,
securities and other property owned by me at the time of my
death, or, to sell the same and to invest and reinvest the pro-
s ceeds of sale or any part thereof in such stocks, securities
or other property as to him or her may seem advisable, with-
out regard to the limitation of any statute or rule of law
~ limiting or regulating the powers of executors with regard to
