investments; to compromise any claim in favor of or against
my estate as to him or her may seem advisable; and to make,
execute and deliver any and all deeds or other instruments
- necessary or proper to carry the foregoing into effect.
VI.
If there is not sufficient evidence that my husband
and I died otherwise than simultaneously, it shall be presumed '
that I survived him.
