V PETITION FOR DISCHARGE 1 The undersigned, as personal representative of the above estate, alleges: 1. The decedent, DOROTHY VANDER WIELE, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on January 16, 1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on April 6, 1979. 2. Petitioner files herewith a F~.nal Accounting containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements~since.the commencement of administration in this estate. 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement, and other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provisions for the pay- ment of all taxes and expenses of administration. 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns i ~ with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue k of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court ~ evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligation for both ~ Federal and Florida State taxes, if any. 5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the i assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 6. The only persons other than petitioner, having an interest in this proceeding is LILLIAN JEAN WATSON, 84 Forrest Avenue, Hawthorne, New Jersey 07506.
