understanding and capable of executing a valid deed or con-
tract, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling
any and all wills and or testamentary dispositions hereto-
fore by me made, that is to say:
FIRST: I direct my Executors and Personal Representa-
tives, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funeral
expenses without limitation and taxes of all kinds including j

local, state and federal income and or inheritance taxes,

as soon after my-death as may be convenient.
I SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath in fee simple
unto my daughter, NANCY MARIE THOMAS, and my grandson,

Street in Bethesda, Maryland, as Tenants in Common. '
