owned by me at the time of my demise; also all mechanical
equipment i.e. mowers, saws, and all tools possessed by me
at the time of my death.
FIFTH: I direct that all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, including stocks, bonds and cash, shall be
divided into fourths and distributed in shares as follows;
(a) I give and bequeath unto my daughter, NANCY MARIE
THOMAS, or to her heirs if deceased, two-fourths (2/4) of
said residue, being fifth percent thereof (50%), and,
(b) I give and bequeath unto my son, GARY F. FARMER,
and his children, the remaining two-fourths (2/4) of said
residue, being fifty percent thereof (5096) ! and to ~be dis-
tributed thusly;
1. one-fourth (fig) distributed unto my son, Gary,
2. one-fourth distributed unto the children
of my son, Gary, equally per stirpes.
k SIXTH: In the event that any beneficiary or beneficiaries

~ shall be under twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of {

my death, I direct that my daughter, Nancy, and my grandson,
~ Robert, shall hold said share or shares as "informal trustees"
without bond or court approval, and distribute same to such ~

beneficiary or beneficiaries as they become twenty-one (21)
~ years of age, respectively.
LASTLY: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, NANCY MARIE THOMAS, and my grandson, ROBERT L. TOYS,

~ as Executors and Personal Representatives of this, my Last
Will and Testament, and I request that neither of them be
required to file bond for the faithful performance of the
