W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, by virtue of that certain Warranty Deed from
Roy F. Kendall and Beulah P. Kendall, his wife to Eugene M.

Richard and Hope E. Richardson, his wife, dated June 1, 1972
and recorded on June 9, 1972 in Official Record book 203 at
page 461 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~

the aforementioned grantees acquired title to the following ~
described land in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The South 4.28 feet of Outlot 11, the North 168.58
feet of Outlot 10 and the South 172.86 feet of the
North 213.58 feet of Block 80, of WHITE CITY,
according to the plat thereof on file in Plat Book
1 at page 21, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all the grantor's right, title and
interest in and to that certain abandoned 20 foot
alley between Lots 9 and 17 of said Block 80.
and
~ WHEREAS, the marital relationship of the said Hope E.

Richardson and Eugene M. Richardson was continuous and without

interruption until the death of the said Eugene M. Richardson

on January 13, 1976; and

WHEREAS, on February 12, 1976, by virtue of that certain

Book 248 at Page 2576 of the Public Records of St. Lucie '
County, Florida, the said Hope E. Richardson conveyed to the
said Stuart D. Richardson and Shirley L. Richardson, his wife, #
