Plat Book 1, at Page 21 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida
TOGETHER with all of grantor's right, title and
interest in~and to that certain abandoned 20 foot
alley between Lots 9 and 17 of said Block 80.
and -
WHEREAS, as more particularly set forth in the last
mentioned deed, the said Hope E. Richardson accepted and
reserved unto herself and her heirs and assigns the right and
liberty at all times to use water from an artesian well
located on the last described lands together with the right to
enter upon said lands for such purposes and to make repairs to
said well; and -
WHEREAS, by-virtue of that certain Warranty Deed dated
November 1, 1977, recorded on January 5, 1978 in Official
Record Book 279 at Page 2796 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, the said Hope E. Richardson conveyed unto the
said Faith A. Conte and Robert Conte, her husband, a portion
of the first above-described lands more particularly described
as follows:
The East 430 feet of the South 87.86 feet of the
North 168.58 feet of Outlot 10 of White City
according to the plat thereof on file in Plat Book
1, at page. 21, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
j County, Florida.

WHEREAS, the said Hope E. Richardson no longer desires to
exercise the rights reserved unto her under the above-described
deed given to Stuart D. Richardson and Shirley L. Richardson,
his wife; and
WHEREAS, the said Faith A. Conte and Robert Conte, her husband,
have no desire to exercise any rights under the aforementioned
reservation,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the ~
parties hereto, each intending to be bound hereby, mutually

covenant and agree that that certain reservation set out in that
~ certain deed from Hope E. Richardson, the unremarried spouse of
