NOTICE OF APPEAL
The Plaintiff, ISLAND HOUSE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
a Florida corporation, PERRY L. MITCHELL and MARIAN A. LONGO,
takes and enters its appeal to the District Court of Appeals
in the State of Florida, Fourth District, to review the Final
Judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
bearing the date of September 26, 1979, and rendered and
recorded in Official Record Sook 317 at page 1972. The nature
of the order appealed from is the order denying the issuance
{ of a permanent injunction.
All parties of this cause are called upon to take notice
of entry of this appeal.
