Charles R. Fitspatrick being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, WC. , a non-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPOR
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION. said Assignment ceing recorded in Official Record Book 186;
Page 2065 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 312
Page 285 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the laid Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 17 Blk 162 Unit 12
in the name of: Robert L Johnson
and now held in the name of: Jeremiah j. O' Connor
