FINAL JUDGMENT
This action coming on for final hearing on October 24, 1979
upon the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and the Respondent having been
properly served and having failed to answer or otherwise plead, and the
Court otherwise having jursidiction over the subject matter and the parties,
having heard the testimony of KATHLEEN MARY NORTHRUP, Petitioner,
and Petitioner's witness and being fully advised, finds and decrees as follows

1. That the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
the marriage between the parties is hereby dissolved. 1

2. This Court has absolute jurisdiction of the parties and the subject

matter of this action.

3. The care, custody and control of the minor child of the parties,
JAIME LOU NORTHRUP, age 3 years, is granted to the Petitioner, Wife,
subject to the Respondents reasonable rights of visitation to be exercised at
such times and under such circumstances as will serve the best interest of
the child. -
4. Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner, as support for the minor
child of the parties the weekly sum of $ (J• ~ ,and the Respondent
ROLLAND JAY NORTHRUP is ordered to pay all future support romptly as ~ ~
it becomes due, in addition to any-e~vat the Clerk of this Court for dis-
tribution according to the terms of this order. -
5. Control, custody and use of the marital residence of the parties f
