custody and use for the benefit of the minor child until such time as the minor
child of the parties obtains the age of eighteen (12S) years, marries, or other-

wise becomes emancipated.
6. It having appeared, after consideration of the equities and a
balance of the income of the parties, that the Petitioner, Wife, is indepen-
dently earning sufficient income for her own support, but otherwise would be
entitled to alimony, the Court specifically reserves jurisdiction of this Cause f
for the award of alimony in the future, if the circumstances justify such an '
award.
7. The parties are hereby restrained from assaulting, harassing,
annoying or otherwise molesting each other.

of the 1974 Dodge Swinger automobile which is the joint property of the partie
and the Res ondent Husband, is ordered to convey his interest in said auto-

this Court specifically reserves jurisdiction to enforce this judgment.
