ORDER TO PAY MONEYS FROM REGISTRY OF COURT
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Motion for
Payment from Registry of Court of the Defendants, CARL SLOAN
and ANNA SLOAN, his wife, pursuant to Section 74.071 Florida
Statutes, F.S.A., for the payment of the sums of money set
forth in the Amended Declaration of Taking herein and the
good faith estimates of value set forth in the Order of Taking
herein, as to Parcel No. 112, said sum having been deposited
in the Registry of this Court on the 28th day of August, 1979,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court
forthwith pay to the Defendants, CARL SLOAN and ANNA SLOAN,
his wife, the following total sum of money from said moneys
deposited into the Registry of this Court, pursuant to the
Order of Taking herein entered on the 14th day of August,
1979, to-wit:
Parcel No. 112 $ 4,535.00
DONE AND 0 ERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this day of October, 1979.
