This cause coming on to be heard by the Court on the Motion
to Withdraw of the Defendant,.General Development Corporation, and
the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: _
That the Defendant, General Development Corporation be, and
it is hereby, authorized to withdraw the funds on deposit with
the Registry of this Court pursuant to the Order of Taking in
this cause in the amount of $276,000.00.
