J U D G M E N T
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court on
the Plaintiffs' Motion For Deficiency Judgment and Motion
for Attorneys' Fees in Connection With the Deficiency Judg-
ment, and the Court noting that the Defendant, OTTAVANIO
MARIO RATTI was present without his attorney of record,
and that the Defendants SALVATORE MOLA, and CAROLINA MOLA,
his wife were not present, nor was their attorney of record.
The Court further notes that the Plaintiffs had personally

served, by the Sheriff of St. Lucie County ~ SALVATORE MOLA,
CAROLINA MOLA, his wife, and OTTAVANIO MARIO RATTI as to the
~ time and place of the hearing for Deficiency Judgment.
The Court having heard the testimony of LOUISE T. PARKS
and RAYMOND PARKS as to the items set out in the Plaintiffs' f
Motion for Deficiency Judgment, and having received the test-
imony that the items contained in paragraphs 2, 3, and 4 have
not been paid. The Court accepts the value of the restaurant _

as $60,000.00 instead of the $50,000.00 in paragraph 1 of the
Plaintiffs' Motion for Deficiency Judgment, in that the Plain-
i
tiffs' have a sale of the restaurant to Umberto DeLuca. There-
fore the Court reduces the amount of the Deficiency Judg-
ment from $49,028.34 to $39,028.34. The Court further having
heard testimony that a reasonable attorneys' fee for the Def-
iciency Judgment is $750.00, it is therefore
