This action was heard upon Motion of JAMES CARL LEWIS to
vacate the Order entered herein on September 10, 1979, which Order
was a Continuing Writ of Garnishment and upon testimony presented,
it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order for Continuing Writ of ~

Garnishment for Child Support and Order for Writ of Garnishment for
Alimony be, and the same is hereby vacated, and said Order of
September 10, 1979, is no longer in effect and is void.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this day of October, 1979.
