FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.
This cause came on for trial the 24th day of October,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
i 1. The marriage between GARY LEE MERRITT and JUDITH
F. MERRITT be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. Custody of MARGARET DENISE MERRITT, GARY WAYNE
MERRITT and DARYL BRYAN MERRITT, minor children of the parties,
is hereby awarded to JUDITH F. MERRITT, granting unto GARY LEE
MERRITT liberal and reasonable rights of visitation, both at,
and away from, the marital residence.
3. Commencing the 2d day of November, 1979 GARY LEE
MERRITT shall pay to JUDITH F. MERRITT the sum of Twenty-five
($25) Dollars each and every week for the support of each of the
minor children above named.
