Each gayment shall be made to the Clerk of this

Court and by him remitted promptly to JUDITH F. MERRITT. In
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All pay-
ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
4. The Wife, JUDITH F. MERRITT, and the minor
children above named shall have the exclusive use and possession
of the marital home located at 3205 Cortez Boulevard, Ft. Pierce,
Florida until all of the minor children hav alttained thea~~gE,of_

. RRITT, all make the mo hl mortgage installment payments on
the marital residence when the same become due and before -they
become delinquent and, in addition thereto, shall pay the light I
and water bills for such residence.
~I 5. The Husband, GARY LEE MERRITT, shall pay to
Jacqueline L. Russakis, Esquire, the sum of $200 to apply on her
attorney's fee for her services on behalf of the Wife.

6. The furniture and furnishings now located in the
marital residence shall be divided equally between the parties
hereto. '
7~. Each of the parties hereto is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, molesting, harassing, annoying
or using physical violence on the other. All and singular the
Sheriffs of-the State of Florida are directed to render such assist- ~

ance to either party as may be necessary to insure the compliance
f
of both parties with this Final Judgment without further order of
this Court.
