WYNNE, Husband. ~ ~ ~f FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for hearing this date and the Court Ij ~I having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds !I and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties !i and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband andwife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be i dissolved. It is thereupon ii ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between KATHY L. 1 WYNNE and THEODORE A. WYNNE be and the same is hereby dissolved ~ j is and the parties and each of then are hereby forever freed from I the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. i i E; 2 . CUSTODY . Custody o f JOSH ZJYNNE and ERIKA ~~YNNE , minor f I children of the parties, is hereby awarded to KATHY L. T~IYNNE with reasonable visitation rights reserved to THEODORE A. WYNNE. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 19th day of October, 1979, THEODORE A. WYNNE shall pay to KATHY L. ?JYNNE the sum of $160.00 each and every week for the support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and i ~ ' by him remitted promptly to KATHY L. tJYNNE. In addition, there i~ is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be SULLIVAN i made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
