O R D E R
This cause came on for hearing on October 24, 1979 and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Custody of SCLENA RODGERS, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, NINA JEAN RODGERS, with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband, RUSSEL W.
' RODGERS.

2. Custody of ROGER D. RODGERS and DEANNA RODGERS,

minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Husband,
RUSSEL W. RODGERS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
the Wife, NINA JEAN RODGERS.
3. Commencing November 2, 1979 the Husband, RUSSEL
W. RODGERS shall pay to the Wife, NINA JEAN RODGERS, the sum of
$35 each and every week for the support of the minor child, SCLENA
RODGERS.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to NINA JEAN RODGERS. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
