and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. j
4. The Wife, NINA JEAN RODGERS, by appropriate
instrument shall convey to the Husband, RUSSEL W. RODGERS, any ~

interest she may have am and to the 1976 Ford pickup truck and the
license plate thereon, now in the possession of the Husband, subject
t
to any outstanding liens thereon. '
5. The Husband shall be responsible for, and pay, all
outstanding bills incurred by the parties prior to February 21, 1979
which bills were incurred during the marriage of these parties.
6. The marital home located at 356 Midway Road, St.
Lucie County, Florida (White City) together with the furniture and
furnishings located therein shall be sold for the best price obtain-
able and the net proceeds therefrom shall be divided equally between
the parties hereto. In the event the parties hereto. cannot agree on
the sale price, then an independent appraisal shall be made of the
home by an authorized appraiser for the purpose of establishing a
price therefor. _
7. Each party shall be responsible for and pay his
or her own attorney's fee and costs.
~8. Jurisdiction of these parties and of this cause
is hereby retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
