FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 24th day of October,
1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
II 1. The marriage between EDDIE COLEMAN WEAVER, III

~ and SARA JO WEAVER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. Custody of LEIGH WEAVER and KELI WEAVER, minor
children of the parties, is hereby awarded to SARA JO WEAVER,
granting unto the Husband, EDDIE COLEMAN WEAVER, III, reasonable
visitation rights.
3. Commencing the 26th day of October, 1979 the
Husband, EDDIE COLEMAN WEAVER, III, shall pay to the Wife, SARA

JO WEAVER the sum of $70 each and every week for the support of
the children above named.
