Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to SARA JO WEAVER. In
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the clerk. All pay-
ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both
of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this.
order is in effect.
4. The marital residence located at 1215 Zephyr
Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida together with the furniture and furnish-
ings located therein shall be listed for sale for a sum not less
than $27,000 net to the parties hereto. After paying off the
Internal Revenue Service lien and the outstanding mortgage on said .
property, or the buyer assuming said mortgage, the net proceeds
shall be divided equally between tfie parties hereto. The Wife and
minor children shall have the exclusive use and possession of the
marital home together with the furniture and furnishings located
therein until the said marital home is sold and occupancy thereof
then delivered to the new owner and the net proceeds divided equally

5. The Husband, EDDIE COLEMAN WEAVER, III, shall pay
to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, the sum of $350 to apply on his fee
for his services on behalf of the Wife, and costs in the amount
~ of $96.00.
6. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
