death certificate is hereto attached.
That i am not remarried.
That both Albert Triolo and myself have been continually
married, without interruption by divorce from th?e date of acquisi-
tion of the property known as Lot 10, Block 3 of Jay Gardens,
Ft. Pierce, a subdivision of the SW~ of the NWT of Section 11,
Twp. 35 S., Rge. 39E., according to a plat thereof recorded in
Ptat Book 10, page 70 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida .
That at the time of death, my husband's Estate kas under
$20,000.00, namely $5,436.63 and not subjec to a tax.
