QUITCLAIM DEED '
THIS INDENTURE, made this day of August, 1979 between
JOYCE N. CONNELY, party of the first part, and JACK W. CONNELY, party
of the second part whose mailing address is 3309 Crestridge Dr.,
Farmington, New Mexico 87401,
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the settlement of the division of the property of the parties

pursuant to .an action filed therefore in the District Court of San Juan
County, New Mexico and other good and valuable consideration to her I

in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt of
.which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the
following described land situate, lying and being in City of Port
St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to-wit: {
Lots 7 and 8 Block 2858 of PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 40, a subdivision according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page
34, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, -
Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limit-

ations and easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordinances
and taxes for the year 1979.
