THIS INDENTURE, Made this 24th day of October , p~D ly7
Between LEONARD B. FOSTER, of the Town of Washington Depot,
County of Litchfield and State of Connecticut, party of the '
first part, and BERNICE D. FOSTER, of the Town of Washington
Depot, .County of Litchfield and State of Connecticut, party
of the second past, whose Post Office address is Turner Road,
Washington Depot, Connecticut 06794.
PIITNESSETH: That the -said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), to him in hand

to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to a road access and utility easement over the
easterly 12.5 feet. Subject to restriction of record.
Being the same premises conveyed to this releasor and
releasee by Warranty Deed of Donald E. .Smith and Mary F. Smith,
dated January 2, 1979, and recorded in the land records of
St. Lucie County.
