(2) It is further agreed that said note shall further provide
that on and after the 22nd day of October, 1979, it shall bear interest
at the rate of ~x above prime; "Interest calculated on tie actual number
of days loan is outstanding, shall accrue at a rate ~x higher than
the Florida Firat National Bank of Jacksonville prime rate for a commercial
loan, which is 14~x as of this date and shall be adjusted on the day the
prime rate changes.

(3) Except as herein expressly amended, modified and changed, '
the terms of said note and mortgage are hereby ratified, approved and
confirmed.
EXECUTED this 22nd day of October, 1979, at Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
