LINDSEY, his wife, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagors, by mortgage bearing i the date of June 8, 1978, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Records Book 288, page 1730, granted and conveyed unto i R. S. EDSALL, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee, and his i assigns, the hereinafter particularly described real property to secure the payment of the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00), with interest as therein mentioned; AND WHEREAS, the said Mortgagors have requested the said Mort- . ! gagee to release the said mortgaged premises, from the lien and ~ operation of said mortgage; NOW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said Mortgagee, in considera- tion of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, to him in hand paid by the Mortgagors, ~ the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do remise, release, '~E quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien-and operation of said mortgage unto the said Mortgagors, their heirs and assigns, I all of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly described as follows: 4 Zlie NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 13, Zbwnship 35 South, Range 38 East, subject to right-of- way easetient over the North 20 feet, easesrnnt too Florida Power and Light Qa~any for pole line along the North line and right-of-way for Trowbridge Read, if any. ALSO a drainage easenent aver the East 10 feet of the North 30 feet of the SW 1/4 of said SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 13, Zbwnship 35 South, Range 38 East. to have and to hold the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said Mortgagors, their heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated iy i FEE.
