and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every

part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the
effect of the promissory note or the indebtedness evidenced
thereby which is described in and made a part of the mortgage being
released, or of any of the rights of the holder of said promissory
note.
