~ ( PARTIAL RELEASE CLAUSE: It is understood and agreed that wort-
' gagor may, from time to time, request and receive Partial Releases
from t he lien and operation hereof on the basis of one (1) foot of
~ ~ frontage on Trowbridge Road for each $?6. 00 paid on principal
(together with interest accrued on such payment at the time of the
release). PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that each Release shall extend
along Trowbridge Road a distance of not less than 24 feet for the
i first release to be granted hereunder and future releases to be not
less than 100 feet along Trowbridge Road, each parcel of land so
released shall extend to the East Line of mortgaged premises and
be parallel to the South line thereof. Also, the said releases shall

begin at the SO rJT if end of mortgaged premises with each re-
lease being adjacent to the release previously granted. The releases
shall be at the expense of the mortgagor.
