Borrower and Lender agree that all references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note defined herein. Borrower ac- knowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. _ ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: 21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower.
