of Covenalits and Restrictions of the, Property Oa~~er's Association; and 1'crrchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading arul examination of said Ueclaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominitnn property alid is in t11e best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all o~~nlers of parcels in the aforeclescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide t:y each and evely provision of said I>eclar-
