FINAL JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANT, JOHN J. AHRENS, JR.
This cause came on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's
motion for summary final judgment against John J. Ahrens, Jr., and
it appearing from the record that the Court has jurisdiction of the
parties Port St. Lucie Bank and John J. Ahrens, Jr., and of the
subject matter, and the Court having examined the pleadings and
affidavits on file and being advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of
the Plaintiff and of the Defendants.
2. It affirmatively appears on the record that Defendant,
John J. Ahrens, Jr., has been duly and properly personally served
with process in this action and that said Defendant has failed
to file or serve any papers as required by law. The default
heretofore entered by the Clerk of this Court against the
said Defendant is hereby confirmed, ratified and made absolute.
3. The Court finds and determines that on the basis of
the pleadings and the affidavits in the Court file there is no
genuine issue as to any material fact in the above action, and i
the Court determines that Plaintiff is entitled to summary final
judgment against John J. Ahrens, Jr. as a matter of law.
