This cause coaxing on to be .heard before a?e this date on Petition of
CHARLES N. $RUNSON, SR. joined by his wife, ROSBPIARY JONES BRUNSON, petition-
ing for a Final Decree of Adoption, and it appearing to tue C~.>:rz th:.t the
natural mother of the minor child has aigned~legal consent to the adoption of
said minor and the Court being advised in the premises find:
1. That the petitioner, GHARLBS N. BRUNSON, SR., is a fit and proper
person to adopt the said minor child named in the petition, and that the best
interest of said minor will be promoted by such adoption.
2. That the said minor is suitable for adoption by the said petitioners.
It is therefore,upon consideration thereof:
ORDBRBD and ADJUDGED as follows:
(a) That the permanent custody of the child known as AMLA SHARA JONES
now in the custody of the petitioners, be and the same is hereby given to CHARI,F.S
N. BRUNSON, SR. and ROSEMARY JONES B&1NSON, his wife.
(b) That the said minor known as AMIA SHARA JONES is gives the lawful
name of and shall henceforth be known as AMIA SEIARA BRONSON.
(c) That the said minor is hereby declared to be the legal child and
lawful heir of CHARLES N. BRUNSON, SR. and ROSEMARY JONES BRUNSON, his wife, the
same as if she had been born to the adopting parents in lawful wedlock.
