IN RE: THE ADOPTION OF
TAMMY SUE SHEARER.
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me on the 24th
E
day of October, 1979, on motion of petitioner for Final
Judgment of Adoption, and it appearing to the Court that
recommendation by the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services is not required in this case, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds:
1. That the petitioner, TROY LEE SHEARER, is.a fit
and proper person to adopt the child named in the petition, -
and that the best interests of the said child will be
promoted by such adoption.
2. That the said child is suitable for adoption by
said petitioner.
It is therefore, upon consideration:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~I a. That the child now known as TAMMY SUE BLIZZARD is

given the lawful name of and shall henceforth be known as
TAMMY SUE SHEARER.
b. That the said child is hereby declared to be the
legal child and lawful heir of TROY LEE SHEARER, and the
said child shall be subject to all of the obligations and
entitled to all of the rights and privileges of child born
to the adopting parent in lawful wedlock.
