THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Motion of the Wife for

a temporary injunction, a restraining order and an order for the ~
Husband to vacate, the Court having heard testimony from the Wife
that the Husband has bemeaned her, threatened her, beat her and
cursed her to the point that her health is endangered and that the
Husband is alcoholic, the Husband having .been served by the Sheriff's
Office, Saint Lucie County, and having chosen not to appear at this ~
hearing, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED .that the Husband cease and desist bemeaning,
threatening, beating, bruising, cursing and endangering the health of

~ the Wife.
` IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Husband^ cate the home of the
Wife, Route 4, Box 277, Fort Pierce, Florida by 6:00 o'clock P.M.
Tuesday, October 30, 1979.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties are hereby restrained }

and enjoined from molesting or harassing each other and the Sheriff or
any other law enforcement officer is authorized and directed without
notice or further order of this Court, to arrest and incarcerate the

offending party and to immediately deliver said offending party to
this Court for further disposition. ~
