E THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard this day upon the Plain-

~ tiffs' Motion to Set a Supersedeas Bond to Stay the Order and Cost Judg-
went, and a point stipulation having been filed by counsel for the Plain-
tiffs and counsel for Dr. Ronald S. Grober, and the Court having been ;
duly advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's Motion be and the
same is granted, and a supersedeas bond shall be set in an amount not to
exceed 115 per cent of the Order and Cost Judgment in this cause.
