counsel and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion be and the same
is hereby denied. However, if the Plaintiff does not post supersedeas

bond in accordance with this Court`s Order of October I0, 1979, Cher,
the injunction referred to in that Order will not be continued and
no further such injunctions will be entered by the trial court.
