FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on for Non-Jury Trial on September 27,
1979, upon the Complaint filed by the Plaintiff and the Counter-
claim of Defendant, and the Court having heard and considered
all of the testimony and evidence presented by the .respective
parties in the cause, finds and determines:
1, '['hat this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter herein. '
2. That Plaintiff is entitled to the relief in his

Complaint as follows: -

~ a. A Judgment for overdue PIP benefits in the amount
~ ~ of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN DOLLARS

AND SEVENTEEN CENTS ($1,857.17).
~ b. Interest on said overdue payment at the rate of

$ .35 per day for 1,364 days, totaling FOUR HUNDRED
SEVENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS ($477.40). _
c. Reasonable attorney's .fees in the amount of FIVE
HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($500.00).
d. Costs of this action in the amount of TWO HUNDRED
TWENTY-ONE DOLLARS AND FIFTEEN CENTS ($221.15) of
which said amount does not include cost of service

and witness fee for Dr. Hooshmand.
3. That the Defendant has paid to Plaintiff total
PIP benefits in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND FIVE-HUNDRED DOLLARS
AND NO/100 CENTS ($5,500.00) and is therefore entitled, as alleged
