This cause coming on before the Court on the Defendant's
Motion to Consolidate, and the Court have heard argument of
counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Case No. 79-337 CA shall be
consolidated and made apart of that certain Case No. 79-217 CA,
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, and styled H. D. Staines,
an individual, d/b/a Tri County Roofing Company, vs. Frank DeThomas
Construction, Inc., and any further pleadings in either case shall
be filed in, become a part of, and known as Case No. 79-217 CA,
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, and further, that the two
! separate cases consolidating to become one case shall also be
! tried as one case.
