Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is {
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That both sides reserve objections as to materiality and relevancy of

all exhibits listed on the Pre-Trial Statements of the parties, and further

°o (a) Plaintiff has entered an objection to the following Exhibits
proposed by the Defendant:
~ (1) Income tax returns of Plaintiff. `
(2) State of Florida sales tax reports of Huston's Office Supply. _
(3) Photographs of the Okeechobee Road area.
(4) Photographs of Avenue D and Dundas Court.
(b) Defendant objects to the following proposed Exhibits of Plaintiff:
(1) Newspaper articles.
(2) News reports from WfVX-Channel 34. {
2. Expert witnesses may be called out of turn by either party. ~
3. Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial Conference and names filed
with the Clerk will be permitted to testify except the parties themselves and
impeachment witnesses.. Either party may call any witness listed by any other
party. Amendments or additions to either party's witness list may be made within
seven (7) days of commencement of trial and all discovery shall be completed within
five (S) days prior to trial.
4. Plaintiff shall have six (6) peremptory challenges and each Defendant
shall have three (3) peremptory challenges.
