Proposed jury instructions have been submitted by the parties at Pre-Trial Conference, additional jury instructions shall be submitted no later than at the conclusion of the testimony. 6. Challenges to the jury shall be made outside the hearing of the jury and shall be made in writing by counsel and submitted to the Court upon request. 7. Plaintiffs' Motion to Amend his Complaint is hereby granted, and Defendant .shall have ten (10) days within which to Answer the Amended Complaint and, further, Defendant upon proper Motion shall be granted continuance if the Plaintiffs' Complaint is amended as proposed. 8.
